« Back to All Staff | | I have been working in my father’s business for over 40 years. During my high school summers, I worked sorting nuts and bolts in the parts department. During my college years, I worked as a used car buyer visiting various automobile dealers in Illinois, purchasing previously owned cars to sell at our dealership. I graduated law school and practiced for 4 years, then I decided to join my brother and father and work full time at Howard Orloff Imports. I needed to learn each aspect of the car business, so I started as a service advisor and eventually joined the sales department. I enjoy working with my family in the automobile industry. As a car dealer, you are able to be involved with multiple levels of business, and it is very interesting to be working with global companies such as Jaguar, Volvo ,and Land Rover. We work together with our employees, and I am committed to providing them with a pleasant and enjoyable environment. Improving customer relations is a never-ending goal trying to satisfy each and every customer while also trying to exceed their expectations in both sales and service. We try to achieve this goal by working together to make every employee at our dealership responsible for every customer’s experience. One of my favorite activities at our dealership is greeting customers as they enter our service department. I enjoy seeing people who have been customers for many years as well as
meeting new customers. I feel as though this gives our customers confidence that ownership is personally involved in all areas from sales to service.
